About DealPulse

An independent, editor-curated feed of coupon codes, cashback offers, and promo deals — written for shoppers who don't want to waste a Saturday hunting for a working code.

Our mission

DealPulse exists because the coupon web is broken. Most "Top Promo Codes" pages are stuffed with codes that expired six months ago, generic affiliate links pretending to be deals, and SEO filler designed to rank rather than help. We started DealPulse to do the opposite: a smaller, editor-checked feed where every code on the page has been tested against a real cart in the last 14 days.

How we verify offers

Every promo code, cashback offer, and deal listed on DealPulse goes through three checks before publishing. First, an editor finds the offer at its original source — the retailer's own promo page, an official email, a verified affiliate feed, or a brand loyalty program. Second, we test the code (or auto-applied discount) against a real shopping cart that meets the offer's stated terms. Third, we cross-reference the offer's expiration date and any exclusions, then publish only the offers that actually work.

How we make money

DealPulse is supported by display advertising and, for some retailers, affiliate commissions when readers complete a purchase. Affiliate relationships never determine which offers we cover or how prominently we feature them. If a non-affiliate offer is genuinely better than an affiliate one, the non-affiliate offer is what gets the homepage slot — every time. We mark sponsored placements clearly when they appear.

Our editorial team

Our editors come from a mix of consumer journalism, retail operations, and personal-finance writing. We rotate ownership of brand pages on a quarterly basis to keep coverage fresh, and we maintain a public retraction log for any offer we publish that turns out to be inaccurate. If you spot something wrong, the fastest way to reach us is the contact page.
